Sixth sense....

I think that most people are equipped with a sixth sense...
But what if their sixth sense shows up in your life
....at inappropriate times,when lease expected...
...when least wanted

How do you accept something, that I consider a miracle of the universe,
When it is not something you want in your life?
How do you appreciate your moments of clarity
When so many things are fogy

I live for life
With or without you
I get up every day
But how is it, when I move on....
You are right there?

The similarity and yet uniqueness of grief & loss

For someone that has gone thru my fair share of loss and grief, one thing that I believe to be true is that grief is grief and loss is loss. The loss of my cat is no less an emotion than that of your breakup. A loss of a brother is no less than that of a parent or a child. Loss is loss. Let's stop trying to put an amount on pain, it's not a competition! Understand that you can't understand the pain the other person is going through because; we all experience pain and deal with it, in our own way.
