Happy Daze!

Friends... they shape the person that you become



And sometimes if you're lucky, you're surrounded by just the right ones at the right time

It's always good to see old friends come back into your life
And get to know the new ones so that they too become old friends
Always keep some "rock n roll" friends around, that you see once a year, but still party with like it's 1999 and nothing's changed
And be happy :)

The similarity and yet uniqueness of grief & loss

For someone that has gone thru my fair share of loss and grief, one thing that I believe to be true is that grief is grief and loss is loss. The loss of my cat is no less an emotion than that of your breakup. A loss of a brother is no less than that of a parent or a child. Loss is loss. Let's stop trying to put an amount on pain, it's not a competition! Understand that you can't understand the pain the other person is going through because; we all experience pain and deal with it, in our own way.
